While various character content and music projects have been implemented to support reconstruction after the Great East Japan Earthquake, this project was set up to fuse moe characters and music in order to let more people know about Fukushima Prefecture. Various events, goods sales and other projects have been organised to boost Fukushima Prefecture.

A woman who stood up to support Riku, who stood up to help boost Fukushima Prefecture. She is in charge of Riku's public relations, but because she is as cute as Riku, she is often sent along with Riku to perform idol-like activities. She has also somehow become as popular as Riku. However, as a publicist, her first priority is to support Riku-chan.

A kind-hearted girl who always prays for the happiness of others, who stood up to help boost Fukushima Prefecture, which was affected by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. She is 17 years old and originally from Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. She has been busy raising funds, singing and taking part in events to support Fukushima.
