Car
Toyota Prius α First generation ZVW40W model
A station wagon with a Prius-derived hybrid powertrain. The platform is based on the third-generation Prius (ZVW30) and the wheelbase has been extended by 80 mm. The narrow cargo space that was unpopular with the third-generation Prius was resolved by converting it into a station wagon, and the design of the instrument panel area has been significantly changed, making it a thoroughly improved model based on the base Prius. The Prius Alpha is the name used in Japan and Taiwan, while the Prius v is sold in North America, Oceania, South Korea and Hong Kong, and the Prius + in Europe.
