Since its introduction in 1967, the HIACE has been sold all over the world and has gained overwhelming support from business users over the years as Toyota's representative commercial vehicle. In 2004, the HIACE was finally fully remodeled for the first time in 15 years. The HIACE now in its fifth generation, succeeded in attracting many users other than business users. With its excellent loadability, ease of maintenance, and overwhelming durability, the HIACE gained overwhelming support from a wide range of users, not only as a commercial vehicle, but also as a private car, transporter, camper, and outdoor vehicle. The story is set in Tokyo, where an old school right in between the neighborhoods of Akihabara, Kanda and Jinbocho is in danger of consolidation and closure. Nine girls, centering Honoka Kosaka, have stepped up to defy the imminent danger facing their school. “If we want to protect our beloved school, we need to do what we can? we need to become idols!” Hoping against hope there’s something they can do about this, the girls strive to become famous, spread the word about their school, attract more students, and save the day. Now their “School Idol Project” begins to make their dreams come true! “Make our dreams come true!”

She is a second-year student at Otonokizaka Academy. She is the training coach and lyricist for μ's. She is a dignified, elegant, and gentle girl who has known Honoka and Kotori since childhood. Her family is the head of a Japanese dance school, and she has been practicing etiquette and martial arts since she was a child. She is also a hardworking person who loves to practice and balances her school idol activities with her archery club. She is a modest person by nature, and was initially reluctant to join the school idol club because of her fear of public appearances, but Honoka's enthusiastic solicitation persuaded her to join the school idol group μ's. Her special move is the "Love Arrow Shot," which shoots through the heart.

In charge of making costumes for μ's. She is a second-year student at Otonokizaka Academy. She has known Honoka and Umi since childhood. She was invited by Honoka to become a member of the school idol group "μ's" in order to save Otonokizaka Academy. Incidentally, she once worked part-time as a maid in Akihabara and was called "Minarinski", the legendary maid. She is very dexterous with her hands, and the costumes of μ's were handmade by Kotori. Her dream is to become a clothing designer.

A second-year student at Otonokizaka Academy. She is the founder of the school idol group "μ's". She decided to become a school idol in order to save Otonokizaka Academy, which was on the verge of being closed due to a decrease in applicants. She is a hardworking and positive person, and is very good at negotiating. On the other hand, she is indifferent to matters that do not interest her and has a lazy side. Her family owns a Traditional Japanese sweet shop, and she often helps out at home.
